1. Product Exchanges

Exchanges are not available. Eligible products may only be returned in accordance with the conditions outlined in this policy.

• The product has a confirmed manufacturing defect or quality issue.
• The return request is submitted within the applicable return period.
• The product remains in its original, unused condition, including the manufacturer's original packaging, labels, tags, and any accompanying items.

All return requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be approved before the return can be processed.

3. How to Request a Return

If you need to return a product, please contact our support team before sending the item back. Our team will guide you through the return process.

Please provide:

• Your order number.
• A brief description of the reason for the return.
• Clear photographs of the product and any defect or issue.
• A video recording of the unboxing process, where applicable.

4. Product Condition

Before contacting us, please ensure that the product remains in its original condition.

Returned products must, where applicable, include:

• Original manufacturer's packaging.
• Original labels and tags.
• All accessories and accompanying items.
• Any documentation supplied with the product.

Products that have been resized, damaged, modified, altered, or used after delivery may not be accepted for return or refund.

Items such as garments, personal grooming products, and other hygiene-related products cannot be returned or refunded once opened or used, unless the product is received with a confirmed manufacturing defect or other issue covered under the applicable return conditions.

5. Return Collection

Once your return has been approved and arranged, our delivery service partner may take approximately 1–2 business days to collect the product(s) from you.

Please ensure the product is properly packed and ready for collection in accordance with the return instructions provided by our support team.

6. Inspection & Approval

All returned products will be inspected upon receipt to determine whether they meet the applicable return conditions and remain in an acceptable original condition.

A return may be rejected if:

• The product has been used, damaged, resized, modified, or altered.
• The original packaging, labels, tags, accessories, or other required items are missing.
• The return request was submitted after the applicable return period.
• The product does not meet the return conditions stated on its product page.
• Required supporting information, such as photographs or an unboxing video, has not been provided when requested.
• The product was refused or not accepted by the customer after successful delivery, resulting in the shipment being returned.
  
  

7. Refunds

If your return is approved following inspection, Dubai Basketball will process the applicable refund.

The refund amount and applicable refund method will be confirmed by our support team.

Once the refund has been processed, it may take approximately 7–15 business days for the amount to appear on your credit or debit card statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

8. Shipping Costs

Original shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.

Any applicable return shipping or collection costs are the customer's responsibility, unless otherwise confirmed by Dubai Basketball.

9. Important Notice

Return and refund requests are subject to the applicable conditions of the product and this policy. Dubai Basketball reserves the right to decline a return or refund if the product does not meet the required return conditions following inspection.
